Unpublished

The GREPAL provides researchers and the public with unpublished or rare scientific information. Firstly, it features summaries of little-known objects. The articles published are on Eastern or Egyptian prehistory. International prehistory symposia that GREPAL members attend or in which they present communications are also highlighted.

Call to conservators and collectors

Given our objective of enriching knowledge of early Egypt and the dawn of civilization in the Near and Middle East, we invite those possessing objects from these regions to contact us. Your archaeological object will be evaluated by our experts (send photo by email to luc.watrin@grepal.com), and depending on its scientific value it may be published in a scientific journal.

GREPAL review

The GREPAL publishes a scientific review focusing on the origin of Saharan, Egyptian, Near and Middle-Eastern cultures, from the opening of the Holocenic (around 12,000 B.C.) to the first dynasties (around 3000 B.C.). It features detailed articles concerning the objects that we present. For further information, click here.
